For Online Chat Readings:

• Select a 15 minute, 30 minute or 60 minute session.
• Make your payment via PayPal.
• Once payment is received, you will be emailed the Appointment Form, which asks for information necessary to schedule and conduct the reading, like birth data, your questions and desired goals from the session, preferred days and times for the reading and other relevant information.
• Zuri will contact you within two business days of receiving the form via the email used during the payment process to schedule the reading.
• The online session is normally scheduled within one week of payment, based on her availability.

For Email Readings:

• Order the desired number of questions via PayPal.
• After payment is received, you will be emailed the Email Service Form, which ask for information like your birth data, full name and other information required to complete the reading.
• After submitting this form, you will be contacted by Zuri within two days with the expected completion date of your email reading.
• Email readings are usually completed within one week of questions being submitted based on availability.
• Should you end up asking more questions than were originally purchased, no problem! Zuri will invoice you for the additional questions.

For Intuitive Energy Healings:

• Make your payment via PayPal for your distance healing session.
• After you have placed your order via PayPal, you will be emailed the Intuitive Energy Healing Form, which requests information about you (like birth data, a photograph etc.) and the issues for which you would like energy healing.
• After submitting this form, you will be contacted by Zuri within two days with additional questions or to schedule your session.
• Once you have submitted all the required information, Zuri will schedule a time to send the distance healing, preferably at a time when you will be asleep or at rest so that you can experience the full healing without any interference.

At this time, Zuri is only offering sessions through online text chat and email.

Online readings are conducted via online chat: Yahoo, Skype or AOL Instant Messenger.

Zuri is available for readings Monday through Saturday, from 3pm to 2am eastern. Readings outside of these hours are available for an additional fee.

Same day and after hours appointments are available for an additional fee. If you'd like to request an appointment for a specific day and time that falls outside of her normal reading schedule, please contact Zuri through the contact form.

We do require pre-payment for all services before an appointment can be set.

Online Chat Sessions:

Zuri understands that sometimes things come up that may conflict with your scheduled session. To receive a refund, Zuri requires notice of cancellation 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Please note that there will be a small processing fee for cancelled orders. For notice provided within 48 hours, Zuri cannot issue a refund, but does allow you to reschedule your session as long as it is done 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.

Missed appointments/No-shows are not granted refunds. To cancel or reschedule your session, Zuri prefers that you send her a message via the contact form. If you are unable to email, then please leave a voicemail at 561.935.3345

Email Sessions:

Due to the nature of these services, Zuri does not issue refunds for Intuitive Energy Healing and Email Readings.

How to Prepare & What to Expect During Your Session with Zuri

• Please be on time for your appointment as Zuri has other clients scheduled around your session. Being on time enables you to get full use of your allotted appointment length and respects the time of others.
• Prepare a list of questions in advance. This ensures that you are able to get your most pressing issues answered in your allotted time and allows time for any new questions that may come up based on what the reading reveals.
• Depending on the reading, Zuri may use different divination systems such as numerology, tarot readings, astrology and channeling so she requires that you have not only your birth data but also the birth data of everyone you care to ask about ready for your session. Birth data should include your full name at birth, birth date, time & place of birth (if known) and physical description.
• Keep an open mind and allow the reading to sink in after the session. Some things that may not be clear or make sense to you at the time of the reading may begin to take shape and manifest themselves within months to a year later. Some things are not foreseeable as certain elements may not yet be in place. Sometimes you are not meant to know the outcome of something because it may prevent your growth. Zuri is here to empower you so her job is not to tell you what you want to hear, but to deliver truthful messages meant to confirm, uplift, direct and provide choices for your highest good.
• The Universe has a spiritual blueprint for you to follow because we were all born with specific lessons, purposes and talents. And part of her work is to illuminate your personal story and help you identify the parts of your story that need to be rewritten so that you can shift your reality and learn how to make better choices for yourself that lead to living your best life.
• If you have chosen a mediumship reading, please keep in mind that Zuri has no control over who chooses to join your session from the other side. It may be the one you hope to connect with or another spirit guide that wishes to support you in some way or express their love. She can only receive the communication that the spirit world is willing to deliver - and those messages may be intended for you, a close friend or other family members.
• At the time of your intuitive reading Zuri gets a snapshot of where you are on your current life path and the possibilities that lie ahead of you. Because readings focus on the likelihood of an outcome based on the current energies and paths that people are on, readings are not set in stone. You are always in control of your future and can change things at any time based on your freewill and actions. By choosing to act or not act, you can change an outcome.
• Do not get attached to timing. Timing can be very fluid and may change based on your actions and decisions. Instead, view time frames as life markers that are dependent on your forward movement with a particular experience and focus on the action steps and guidance provided that can allow you to achieve your goals and desires.

There are no rules. A reading is helpful whenever you have a question you'd like to explore further or need to make a positive change in your life.
